Terms of Service.

Details specific to your event will be discussed at your consultation. Please review below our terms of service:

DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to reserve our services. This holds your date and reserves our services for your event. Being that our services are booked up to two years in advance, this prevents us from reserving that time for another client.

LATE PAYMENTS OR NON-PAYMENT

*In the event the remaining balance is not paid by specified due date, Have

and Hold Studio has the right to refuse service and product the day of the

event.

CANCELLATION OR POSTEPONEMENT

In the case your event has to be rescheduled or cancelled, the save the date deposit will be applied to a future event within 12 months from original event date. Rescheduling is dependent on designer availability so before securing a date we recommend checking availability to avoid forfeit of credit. All save the date deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of extreme weather such as extreme heat/cold, wind or heavy rain, our setup team may suggest an indoor back up plan for outdoor installations. We will always do our best to stay true to the original designs but if safety or flower sustainabilty becomes a concern we will suggest to move the floral. If customer decides to disregard our advice Have & Hold Studio is not responsible for design failures or injuries.

PICKUP FROM STUDIO
If you choose to pickup from our studio instructions will be provided to keep floral and cakes fresh. We are not responsible for replacing floral or cake left out of water or in heat during transport.

RENTAL ITEMS
If rental items are used they must be picked up by the Have & Hold team at the end of the event or they must be returned to the studio within 5 days of your event. Items not returned will be billed to client for replacement value.
